How do I download a movie after confirming my purchase?
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email containing a link to the video files of the movies you purchased. Please note: This link expires after 24 hours!
To download a video, you can:
- either right-click the link and select the option “Save Link Target As…,” “Save Link As…,” or a similar option,
- Or click on the link, which opens the video in the browser itself; you can then save the video to your computer by selecting the appropriate option from the menu or by pressing CTRL+S.

I didn't receive the email with the download link.
The email may have been marked as spamspamfrom your provider's email account. Please check your spam folder.
What should I do if the download link expires before I've had a chance to download the movie?
No problem! Contact us to get a new download link for the movie you purchased.
How do I display subtitles when playing a video file?
In the media player, right-clicking on the image should bring up the option to select a subtitle track.
